At the time the item is listed in our store, the item is in stock and ready for shipment directly from our warehouse. However, due to strong demand for certain items, they may become out of stock without warning. If this should occur, you will have a choice of receiving a full, immediate refund, or to be placed on back order for that item. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of your item, we ask that if you are paying by check or money order to please send payment within 7 business days. If your payment is delayed, there is a chance that the item you have purchased is no longer available for immediate shipment.
We make every attempt to only carry the highest quality items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be in resalable condition. Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, and Wrong items:
All of our items come carefully packaged. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, save the original packaging and contact us within 3 days for further instructions, and to arrange for replacements. In the event that you receive defective items, or items that are not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for the merchandise to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), a replacement item(s) will be shipped or a refund issued.
We accept PayPal, personal checks, and USPS money orders only. For customers paying by check, your order will be processed when funds have cleared the bank. Customer orders using USPS money orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. For customers paying through PayPal, your order will be processed and shipped once we receive notification from PayPal that a payment has been received.
